We are still open and shipping orders as normal, but due to high demand we are busier than normal, so it is taking us slightly longer than usual to ship orders. We are also aware that deliveries are taking slightly longer than normal, so we appreciate your patience during this time.
We have a minimum order value of £10. This has enabled us to significantly reduce the number of small packages that we send, thereby reducing the amount of packaging we use, and the number of journeys our delivery partners need to make. This helps us in our goal of minimising our overall environmental impact as a business, and we appreciate your co-operation with this.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 15:00 UK time on the same working day, although this may sometimes take longer. Orders received at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery Charges & Times
UK Standard: £2.50 - FREE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER £20 – delivery takes 5 - 7 working days. Delivery via Royal Mail Second Class, or Parcelforce for heavy orders.
UK Express: £3.50 – delivery takes 2 - 3 working days. Delivery via Royal Mail First Class, or Parcelforce for heavy orders.
UK Next Working Day: £5.95 – CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS SITUATION guaranteed next working day delivery for orders placed on working days before 13:00 UK time (orders placed Monday to Thursday will be delivered Next Working Day, orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, orders placed at the weekend will be shipped on the next working day). Delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce.
Europe Standard: £3.95 FREE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER £50* – delivery usually takes 7 - 10 working days. Delivery via Royal Mail Standard Airmail, or Parcelforce for heavy orders.
Europe Priority Signed/Tracked: £7.95 – delivery usually takes 3 - 5 working days. Delivery via Royal Mail Priority Signed or Tracked Airmail, or Parcelforce for heavy orders.
Worldwide Standard: £5.95 FREE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER £75* – delivery usually takes 7 - 10 working days (Excludes Mainland China - See Below). Delivery via Royal Mail Standard Airmail, or Parcelforce for heavy orders.
Worldwide Priority Signed/Tracked: £9.95 – delivery usually takes 5 - 7 working days. Delivery via Royal Mail Priority Signed or Tracked Airmail, or Parcelforce for heavy orders.
Please note that the delivery times given are estimates provided by the carriers we use. Please allow up to 15 working days for UK orders and 30 working days for International orders to arrive, as an item cannot be classified as “lost in post” and a replacement issued until that length of time from date of shipment has elapsed.
Delivery charges are based on your order being one parcel of maximum 2kg. If your parcel is more than this we may have to charge more for delivery. In this case we will contact you and inform you of any additional delivery charges before we ship your order.
* Certain countries are excluded from Free Delivery due to customs issues.
DELIVERIES TO MAINLAND CHINA - We have been informed by Royal Mail that some deliveries to Mainland China are being delayed for a long time at Customs in China. For this reason all orders to Mainland China are sent using our Worldwide Priority Signed service. We cannot accept claims for items being Lost in Post if they are delayed at Customs. For this reason, please allow up to 45 working days from the date of dispatch before contacting us.
Some delivery services require a signature on delivery. If you are unable to sign for the goods, you will need to arrange redelivery with the carrier or collect the goods yourself. If you fail to do so within their timescales (usually 7 days), the goods will be returned to us and you will need to pay for redelivery.
Our delivery company may leave your parcel with your neighbour or in a designated safe place if you are not available when they attempt to deliver it. If you do not want them to do this you must inform us at the time of ordering so we can instruct them.
Any costs incurred due to incorrect delivery details being submitted when you place your order will be at your own cost.
Any charges made by local customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If your order is sent with a Trackable service you will receive a tracking number at the bottom of your Shipping Confirmation email. You can follow the progress of your order either on the Royal Mail, or Parcelforce websites.
