How does it work?

When you sign up for an Account with us you will earn 5 reward points for every £1 you spend. You must be logged in to your Account when you shop in order to earn points.

100 points = £1 to spend in store.

Extra points

We run regular special offers where you can earn DOUBLE POINTS or BONUS POINTS on certain products. Just watch out for these as you shop.

How do I use my points?

You can check your points balance at any time by clicking the Reward Points icon in the bottom right and logging in to your account when the menu pops up.

You will see your Reward Points balance at the top of the Reward Points menu.

In the Reward Points menu, click on "Ways to Redeem". 

Click on the "Redeem" button.

Move the slider to choose the amount of points you want to Redeem. This is only possible in blocks of 100 points. Any points left will carry forward for you to use next time.

Once you have chosen how many points you want to redeem click on the "Redeem" button.

This will then show you a voucher code which you can either write down and then enter in the Voucher Code box in Checkout, or click on the "Apply code" button and it will add the voucher code to your Basket straight away.

You will also be emailed a copy of the voucher code so you can use it whenever you like.

If you decide not to use this voucher code this time, for example if you decide to use a Free Gift code instead, then this voucher code will be waiting for you next time, and you can use it then.

Can I redeem my points at the same time as using another voucher code?

Unfortunately you can only enter one voucher code per order, so if you would like to use another code, for example one of our Free Gift codes, you won't be able to redeem your points with this order. They will be waiting for you next time.

Do my points expire if I don't use them?

No - our Reward Points do not have an expiry date.
